Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AI Movie Festival platform ("Service"). By creating an account, submitting content, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.
  • You are responsible for ensuring your use is lawful where you live.

2. Account Registration & User Identification

  • One user — one account. You may register only one account on the Platform. Creating multiple accounts (multi-accounting) to artificially inflate activity, inflate views, or improperly obtain Points (under AirDrop and the loyalty program) is strictly prohibited.
  • Responsibility for your data. You bear full personal responsibility for safeguarding your password and keeping access to your linked email confidential. All actions performed on the Platform under your account are deemed to have been performed by you personally.
  • You must provide accurate information when registering.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and any activity under your account.
  • We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or pose security risks.

3. External Wallet Linking & Verification Rules

  • Unique linkage. Only one unique external non-custodial wallet address (on the Solana network) may be linked to one Platform account (email) at any given time. Linking the same wallet to different accounts is not permitted.
  • Wallet ownership. By linking a Phantom wallet (or another supported wallet), you confirm and warrant that you are its lawful owner and have sole access to it. The Platform is not responsible if you linked someone else's wallet or a wallet whose access keys (seed phrase) have been lost.
  • Right to unlink. You may unlink your wallet from your account at any time through your Account settings. Your accumulated on-site Points balance remains on your account's virtual ledger (site database), but blockchain deposit/withdrawal operations become unavailable until you link a new or previous wallet.

4. Submissions & Content Rights

  • You keep ownership of your submitted films and associated materials.
  • You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, stream, and promote your submission for festival purposes.
  • You confirm you have all necessary rights (music, visuals, voice, likeness, AI model outputs, etc.) to submit the content.
  • Do not submit content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.

5. Prohibited Content

  • Illegal, hateful, violent, exploitative, or sexually explicit content.
  • Content intended to harass, threaten, or impersonate others.
  • Malware, phishing, or any attempt to interfere with the Service.

6. Voting Rules

  • Votes are limited by the platform's rules and may be restricted per user and per category.
  • We may remove fraudulent votes or suspend accounts involved in manipulation.

7. Sanctions for Fraud & Abuse (Bot Protection)

  • Sanctions for manipulation. The Platform Administration reserves the right, unilaterally and without prior notice, to void accrued Points, restrict blockchain withdrawal functions, or fully block a User account if signs of fraud are detected. Fraud includes: using bot programs for automatic video viewing, simulating activity, exploiting site code vulnerabilities, and mass account registration to collect rewards.

8. Internal Points System & Loyalty Program

  • Status of Points. All accruals on the Platform for viewing video content (user activity program), as well as debits for access to learning materials and content promotion, are made exclusively in the Platform's internal unit of account — Points.
  • No monetary value. Internal Points are an element of gamification and the Platform's loyalty program. Points are not legal tender, fiat currency, electronic money, securities, or Digital Financial Assets (DFA) under the laws of the Russian Federation and international jurisdictions. Points have no guaranteed monetary value and are not directly exchangeable for fiat currency by the Platform Administration.
  • Reference equivalent display. For user convenience, the Platform may display the reference value of a Points balance in US dollar (USD) equivalent with a ~$ sign. This display is for informational purposes only, does not mean the User holds a real balance in foreign currency, and does not create obligations for the Platform Administration to pay or exchange Points for fiat currency.

9. Interaction with the Solana Blockchain & External Assets

  • Deposit gateway. The Platform provides Users access to an automated technical gateway (interface) for interacting with the Solana blockchain network. Users may deposit (transfer) supported digital assets (including but not limited to SOL, USDT, third-party SPL tokens) from their personal non-custodial wallet (e.g., Phantom) to the Platform's system address (wallet).
  • Fast conversion mechanics. Transferring digital assets (SOL, USDT) to the Platform's system address is treated as the User's voluntary action to convert them into internal Platform Points to activate site utility functions (viewing, learning, publishing). Points are credited automatically based on Platform algorithms. Reverse conversion of Points into fiat currency on the Platform is not provided.
  • Withdrawal to the blockchain. Users may initiate withdrawal of unused Points or activity rewards to the Solana blockchain network. The Platform automatically debits Points from the User's virtual balance and sends an equivalent amount of decentralized utility tokens (SPL standard) to the User's verified wallet.
  • Gas balance for network fees. To perform withdrawal transactions to the Solana blockchain network, Users must maintain a minimum technical balance in native SOL ("Gas balance") on the Platform. These funds are used exclusively to compensate blockchain network fees (Solana validators) for transactions. Users may return unused SOL to their personal wallet at any time by initiating a technical return transaction. The Platform does not withhold a commercial commission from these funds.

10. Limitation of Liability & External Markets (DEX)

Disclaimer for rates and exchanges. The Platform Administration is not involved in pricing, liquidity, or circulation of utility tokens on decentralized exchanges (DEX), automated market makers (AMM), or other third-party trading venues. We do not provide financial advice. Any trading operations performed by the User with tokens outside the site interface are at the User's own risk. The Platform does not guarantee stability of token rates against fiat currencies or other digital assets.

11. Blockchain Force Majeure

The Platform is not liable for User financial losses caused by instability, failures, overloads, transaction delays, or vulnerabilities in the Solana blockchain network architecture, or for compromise of the User's personal wallet by third parties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data.

12. User Tax Obligations

  • Self-accounting and responsibility. Users bear full and sole personal responsibility for accounting, declaring, and paying all applicable taxes, fees, and duties arising from use of Platform functions. This includes, but is not limited to: receiving Points under the activity program (Watch-to-Earn), receiving rewards via AirDrop, and subsequent conversion of Points into utility SPL tokens on the Solana network and their sale on decentralized exchanges (DEX).
  • No tax agent status. The Platform and its Administration are not tax agents for Users in any jurisdiction (including the Russian Federation). The Platform does not calculate, withhold, declare, or pay taxes (including personal income tax) on behalf of Users. The Platform does not provide Users with reporting on their tax obligations to government authorities.
  • Tax risks on DEX operations. Users acknowledge that withdrawing utility tokens to an external wallet and subsequently exchanging them for other digital assets or fiat currencies on third-party venues (DEX, AMM) may be subject to taxation (e.g., income from disposal of property or digital currencies) under the local laws of the User's country of residence. All related risks, penalties, and fines are borne by the User.
  • Government requests. The Platform Administration reserves the right to disclose information about User transactions and activity solely on the basis of official, lawful, and substantiated requests from judicial, law enforcement, or tax authorities, if such disclosure is mandatory under applicable law.

13. Availability & Changes

  • We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
  • We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Contact

Questions about these Terms can be sent via the Contact page.

15. Google Sign-In & Google User Data

If you choose to sign in or register with Google, our Service uses Google OAuth 2.0 and the Google user profile APIs. This section describes how we access, use, store, and share Google user data in compliance with the Google API Services User Data Policy and Google API Terms of Service.

Google data we access

  • Basic profile information from your Google account, such as your name and profile picture (when provided by Google).
  • Your Google account email address, used to create or match your platform account and for account-related communications.
  • A unique Google account identifier (subject ID), used only to authenticate you and link your Google login to your platform account.

How we use Google user data

  • To authenticate you and provide secure sign-in to the Service.
  • To create or update your platform account profile (for example, display name and avatar) when you authorize Google sign-in.
  • To send service-related emails to the email address provided by Google, such as verification, security, and account notifications.
  • We do not use Google user data for advertising, and we do not sell Google user data to third parties.

Google user data is stored only as long as needed to operate your account and provide the Service, or until you delete your account or revoke Google access. We do not share Google user data with third parties except as required to operate the Service (for example, hosting infrastructure) or as required by law.
